Thou Art God

Though hard to understand, Lord,
why our child had to die…
our faith will not be shaken,
and we will not ask Thee why.

and shall question not Thy will.

Thou art God… the greatest of all,

We’re Thy eternal children
and that’s all we need to know.

Our child is in Thy loving care
and though we know not when;
in Thy time, we know he’ll (she’ll) be
back in our arms again.
