A Perfect World

In a perfect world

there’d be no falling tears.

No sickness and no pain.

No suffering and no fears.

A world without sorrow

and a world without goodbye.

A paradise of beauty

for each beholders eye.

A world without gravestones,

for death would never be;

And life would last forever

throughout all eternity.

 In a perfect world

You’d still be by our side,

Lighting up our happy lives.

You never would have died.

Through faith in God, our Father,

and Christ, our Savior, too;

I believe in time, we will share

that perfect world with you.
