Our Four Greatest Blessings

 
A life is pretty empty

if God is not a part.

It’s like a human body

without a beating heart.

 
A house is not a home

if there’s no love inside.

It’s no more than a building

where lonely folks reside.

 
The greatest of all blessings,

that come to you and me,

are  the Father, son, and holy Ghost,

and a loving family.

 
For when life here has ended

and Earth’s treasures disappear,

these, our greatest blessings,

will forever remain dear.
