Candle Of Love

 
The candle of love shared by two
Once gave out a glorious light
But as time went on, love went wrong
And it became as dark as the night..

 
Then in the darkness, love was lost
And they went their separate ways
In hopes that heartfelt sadness
Will be replaced by brighter days.

 
It’s sad when love looses it’s way
But God can make all burdens lighter
Look to the sky, and then by and by
A new candle will burn even brighter
