Adopted Gift
An adopted child is a gift from God,
and a part of His plan on earth.
He brings loving families together
that couldn’t be family by birth.
The dear, sweet child he sent to us
brought love we’ve never known.
We give thanks to Him above
For this child who’s now our own.
